Puppies featured in this section are not yet registered with The JRTCA. They are not for sale! The JRTCA registration policy is that a dog must be one year of age before being registered and it is the TOUGHEST registration policy in the world. The JRTCA's Breeder Code of Ethics says that only registered dogs over one year of age maybe used for breeding and be listed as breeding stock. Dogs listed as Suds or Bitch on this site are JRTCA registered adults.
In order for a dog to be registered with the JRTCA it must have a completed physical exam form sign by a veterinarian, 3 photos of the dog taken after it has reached one year of age, a 4 or 5 generation pedigree, and a signed stud certificate from the owner of the sire of the dog being registered. This information along with a completed application are sent to the JRTCA club office. Only dogs which meet the breed standard and are free of major faults are registered. This is a very different registration policy from the AKC and other all breed clubs which register puppies at birth. When you purchase a puppy that has both parents registered with the JRTCA, you know that they were screened, healthy, and good representatives of the breed standard. Please go to the JRTCA website which can be found in the Links section of this website for complete information on registration, breed standard, and The Breeders Code of Ethics.
Once puppies in this section are registered with the JRTCA they will be moved to either the Studs or Bitches sections.
